1. General
The Terms and Conditions set forth below have been drafted to provide users of the website www.marfriecoprint.com with clear, understandable, unambiguous, and truthful information about the conditions governing the sale of our products through our website. These Terms and Conditions will remain available to all users in the “Terms and Conditions” section, where they can be consulted and printed at any time.
To make purchases through our website, users must explicitly read and accept these General Purchase Terms by checking the designated box when registering or, in the case of purchasing without registration, when making the purchase. The purchase process cannot be completed or orders placed without acceptance of these terms.

3. How can I make a purchase?
Only individuals over 18 years old or emancipated minors in accordance with the requirements set forth by the Civil Code may make purchases on our website www.marfriecoprint.com. By doing so, the user declares that they are over 18 years old or emancipated, and thus have the legal capacity to contract and make purchases on our website. If a minor wishes to make a purchase, it must be done by their parents or legal representatives, or at least with their authorization, which must be provided to Marfri Ecoprint.
Marfri Ecoprint assumes no responsibility for purchases made by minors in violation of these terms.
To make a purchase, users should follow these steps:
- Search for the product they wish to buy.
- Select the product: Once the desired item is identified, click the “ADD TO CART” button. The customer may continue selecting other products or proceed directly to checkout.
- Order Summary: After selecting all products, the customer can access the order summary by clicking the “VIEW MY CART” icon. The summary will display the product names, unit prices, quantities, subtotal, and total cost including taxes. If applicable, customers can enter a promotional code. To proceed with payment, click “BUY”.
- Registration: If the customer is already registered, they should click “ACCESS MY ACCOUNT”. If they have forgotten their password, they can request a new one by clicking “Forgot your password?”. If the customer has not yet created an account, they should click “CREATE ACCOUNT” and enter the requested details.
- Delivery Information: The customer must verify and fill in the billing information for the order (name, address, city, province, postal code, country, phone, etc.). If the customer has already registered shipping details previously, they will not need to fill this out again. After completing the information, click “CONTINUE WITH PAYMENT/BUY”.
- Shipping Method: This screen will show the available shipping methods and costs.
- Payment Information: The website offers the customer different payment methods.
In the case of payment by credit card, the customer must notify Marfri Ecoprint of any improper or fraudulent charges on the card used for the purchase via email or phone as soon as possible to allow Marfri Ecoprint to take appropriate action. Additionally, payment providers may implement anti-fraud measures, which could lead to the rejection of certain transactions. Marfri Ecoprint is not responsible for the application of such security policies.
Once payment is completed, a purchase contract between the customer and Marfri Ecoprint is established, governed by these purchase conditions.
- Order Confirmation: Once the order is confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation of receipt. The order will be processed after Marfri Ecoprint receives confirmation of payment through the selected payment method.
After completing the purchase process, an email will be sent confirming the purchase, including a description of the product with its characteristics, price, taxes, shipping costs, and delivery time.
Failure to receive this email may be due to temporary communication issues or errors in the provided email address. In either case, the customer should contact us via email.
Purchases can only be finalized in Spanish.

4. Payment Methods
The customer can pay for their order by credit card (VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, except American Express).
If the order is paid by credit card, only CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions will be processed to provide enhanced security. This ensures that the buyer is verified as the legitimate cardholder. In addition to the card number and expiration date, a personal security code, exclusive for online purchases, will be required.
If the customer’s card is rejected, they should verify that:
- The card is not expired. The customer must check that their card has not passed its expiration date.
- The card’s limit has not been exceeded. The customer should consult with their bank to ensure the card has not exceeded the allowed amount for purchases.
- All necessary fields are filled out correctly.
When making a purchase, card details are entered only on a page owned by a banking entity and transmitted in an encrypted format. Marfri Ecoprint only knows the outcome of the transaction and has no access to the card details.
According to Article 112 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, if a purchase has been fraudulently or improperly charged to the card, the cardholder may request immediate cancellation of the charge. In this case, the corresponding debit and refund entries will be made as soon as possible.
However, if the purchase was legitimately made by the cardholder and the request for a refund is not related to exercising the right of withdrawal or cancellation, the customer will be responsible for compensating Marfri Ecoprint for any damages resulting from the cancellation.
5. Management of Private Area
To access the private area, it is necessary to have registered beforehand. Once registered, access can be made by entering the email address and password. The security of personal data is important, so the user must use a secure password and change it periodically.
In the private area, the user will have a comprehensive space where, among other tasks, they can manage and modify their access data, personal data, shipping addresses, and payment methods to keep them updated and facilitate future purchases.
6. Geographic Scope of the Offers
The product offers on the website https://marfriecoprint.com are only available for mainland Spain, excluding the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
If any user residing in locations outside the indicated geographic scope wishes to make purchases on this website, they can contact Marfri Ecoprint by sending an email to info@marfriecoprint.com to be informed about the purchase process, shipping costs, and delivery times.
7. Product Availability
The items offered on the website www.marfriecoprint.com are subject to stock limits. The number of available units is updated based on warehouse stock. In no case will Marfri Ecoprint intentionally offer more units for sale than it has in stock.
If Marfri Ecoprint cannot supply an item purchased by the customer due to unavailability, we will inform the customer of this lack of availability by email once we receive the purchase request, and we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If several products are purchased, the lack of availability will only affect part of the order, not the rest, which will remain.
In any case, Marfri Ecoprint will refund the customer the amount paid for the unavailable products as soon as possible, within a period not exceeding 15 calendar days from the date of purchase of such products.
8. Shipping Times and Costs
Shipping Times
The shipping times will be 72 business hours from when the payment has been received.
These times are standard delivery times, although they may vary due to logistical reasons or force majeure. Additionally, delivery times may change during special promotions, such as sales periods. In case of delivery delays, Marfri Ecoprint will inform the customer as soon as possible and provide the expected delivery date.
Each delivery is considered completed once the transport company makes the product available to the customer, as indicated by the transport company’s tracking system.
Delivery delays will not be considered in cases where the order was made available to the customer by the transport company within the agreed time, but could not be delivered due to the customer’s absence or other issues related to the customer’s address.
Once the order leaves our warehouse, the customer will receive an email notifying them that the order has been accepted and is being shipped.
For security reasons, Marfri Ecoprint will not send orders to P.O. boxes or military bases and will not accept orders if the recipient and address cannot be identified.
Shipping Costs
The product price does not include shipping costs, which will be indicated in the shopping cart during checkout, prior to payment, and will be included in the invoice.
Shipping costs will be €2.5 (VAT included), which will be added to the price of the items in the order. However, shipping will be free for orders over €37. In any case, shipping costs will be shown during checkout in the shopping cart.
9. Product Delivery and Delivery Issues
CALZADOS KIRUZ is committed to delivering the product in perfect condition to the address specified by the customer in the order form, which must be within the geographic scope mentioned in Clause 6 of these general terms and conditions (home, workplace, etc., but never a P.O. box).
To optimize delivery, we kindly ask customers to provide an address where the order can be delivered within regular business hours. The transport company will generally make a first delivery attempt during business hours, taking into account the time specifications provided by the customer for a second delivery attempt if the first is unsuccessful. Deliveries occur throughout the day, although the customer may select a preferred delivery time, and any delivery costs arising from this choice will be borne by the customer.
Marfri Ecoprint will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by errors made by the customer in providing the shipping address, such as incomplete information or being absent at the time of delivery and failing to collect the order from the transport company’s office after a delivery attempt.
If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, the transport company will leave a notice that they attempted delivery, or contact the customer to arrange a new delivery time. Marfri Ecoprint contracts a messaging service that performs follow-up actions to ensure delivery occurs.
If 48 hours pass beyond the maximum delivery time without receiving the order, the customer should contact Marfri Ecoprint by sending an email to info@marfriecoprint.com to report the delivery issue.
If, 15 days after the order was placed, the order has not been delivered due to reasons outside Marfri Ecoprint’s control or because the customer did not pick it up from the transport company, we will assume that the customer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal. The order will then be canceled and returned to our warehouse. In this case, return shipping costs will be charged to the customer, and once the order is received back in our warehouse, the customer will be refunded for the products they purchased (excluding the initial shipping costs, which are non-refundable).
If the reason for undelivered orders is package loss, our transport provider will initiate an investigation. The response times from our transport provider typically range from one to three weeks. Marfri Ecoprint insures each package, so response times may be subject to the transport company’s investigation period.
Once the package is received, the customer should verify that the received items match the order. If the box is damaged at the time of delivery, the customer must note it on the delivery slip. Claims for damage during transport (to the product, not the packaging) will only be valid within the first 24 hours after receiving the order.
If the customer mistakenly receives a package they did not order, they should notify Marfri Ecoprint, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
In any case, if any issue arises, the customer should contact us at info@marfriecoprint.com so we can manage and resolve the issue.
Marfri Ecoprint does not accept returns of any products sold for reasons other than the ones outlined above, without prejudice to the customer’s right of withdrawal within the time frames and conditions outlined in Clause Twelve.
10. Events Outside Our Control
Marfri Ecoprint will not be responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling any of the obligations under this contract caused by events beyond our control (“force majeure”).
Force majeure events include any act, event, failure to exercise, omission, or accident that is beyond reasonable control and specifically includes (without limitation) the following:
- Strikes, lockouts, riots, invasion, or terrorist attacks.
- Fires, explosions, storms, floods, earthquakes, sinkholes, epidemics, or any other natural disaster.
- Inability to use trains, ships, planes, motor vehicles, or other modes of transportation, public or private.
- Inability to use public or private telecommunications systems.
- Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions by other governments.
Marfri Ecoprint is not liable for any technical problems or failures in computer equipment that occur during internet connection, or damages caused by third parties through unauthorized intrusions outside Marfri Ecoprint’s control.
We are also exempt from any responsibility for potential damages or issues suffered by the user as a result of errors, defects, or omissions in the information provided when sourced from third parties.
11. Return of Defective Products
If the customer receives a defective product, a damaged product, or one that differs from the item ordered, they can request a return by sending an email to info@marfriecoprint.com, with the subject “Return,” including the order or delivery reference. This communication must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order, with a photo of the defect, damage, or mistake attached for evaluation.
We will arrange for the transportation company to collect the defective item, and the return shipping costs will be borne by us. Until the item is picked up by the transportation company, it is the customer’s responsibility.
Once we receive the product and verify the defect, damage, or error, we will refund the full amount of the product, shipping costs, and any other costs the customer incurred for the return.
In all cases, the returned products must be in perfect condition and as received, with original packaging and accessories. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be rejected.
12. Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is the buyer’s right to cancel the contract by notifying the other party within the established period, without the need to justify the decision and without any penalties.
If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, both parties must return the amounts and products to each other.
The customer has 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, or in other words, to return the order. The start date of this period will be the date on the delivery slip.
However, as stipulated in Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply in certain cases, such as the supply of sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
According to Article 108 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the customer will bear the costs of returning the purchased item.
If the customer benefited from a promotion with free shipping, a promotional shipping rate lower than the normal rate, or gifts, and returns the order in full or partially, the promotion conditions will be considered violated, and the uncharged shipping costs or the value of the gifted item will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by submitting the withdrawal form along with the invoice or proof of purchase to Marfri Ecoprint or by sending an email to info@marfriecoprint.com.
Once the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, Marfri Ecoprint will contact them to proceed with the refund using the same payment method selected by the customer, which will be done within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the withdrawal. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Partial returns and cancellations will result in partial refunds.
The item may be returned in-store or by mail or courier, at the customer’s expense, except in cases of product defects. Marfri Ecoprint will not accept cash-on-delivery or return postage charges.
Marfri Ecoprint reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline or items that are not in the same condition as when they were received.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must retain the original packaging of the product and include the completed withdrawal form. The product must be in perfect condition, meaning it has only been checked in a way similar to what could be done in a store for verifying its nature or characteristics. If the product has been used beyond this check, is damaged, or deformed, the customer will be responsible for it and must compensate Marfri Ecoprint for the damage caused to the product.
If the return cannot be made in the box or package it was delivered in, the customer must return it in a protective box to ensure the product reaches Marfri Ecoprint’s warehouse in the best possible condition. Until we receive the item in our warehouse, it is under the customer’s responsibility.
13. Prices, Taxes, and Costs
The price of the products will be as stipulated at any given time on our website. Although we strive to ensure that all prices listed on the site are correct, errors may occur.
If we detect an error in the price of the products you ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered canceled, and any amounts paid will be refunded in full.
The prices of products offered through our website are shown only in euros. The final amount to be paid by the user will appear on the product page and in the shopping cart, including VAT at the applicable rate and any other taxes that may apply. However, these prices do not include shipping costs, which are listed separately and must be accepted by the customer.
In addition to the base price shown on the website for each product, shipping fees will be added.
Marfri Ecoprint reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the products offered on this website, as well as sales prices, shipping costs, and other terms or promotions.
14. Informational Nature of Descriptions and Images of Items
The product descriptions displayed on the website are based on information provided by Marfri Ecoprint’s suppliers. However, the information provided for each product, as well as the photographs or videos relating to them and the trademarks or distinctive signs of any kind found on the Marfri Ecoprint website, are presented for illustrative and orientative purposes and may differ from the original product.
The descriptions and images of the items offered through the website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a contract, so Marfri Ecoprint assumes no responsibility for possible errors in them.
15. Discount Codes
Promotional codes can be used according to the terms and conditions published for each promotion and will apply to a single discount on the purchase of a single item or a discount on an order within the period indicated by the promotional code.
Promotional codes and accumulated points in the rewards program can only be used on the website www.marfriecoprint.com.
16. Warranties
The products offered through this website are subject to the legally established warranties, meaning that we will respond to non-conformities that appear within three years from delivery, subject to exceptions established by the regulations.
In this regard, if any product does not conform to the offer and these terms and conditions, the customer must notify Marfri Ecoprint by sending an email to info@marfriecoprint.com.

Marfri Ecoprint informs users that accepting these General Purchase Terms also implies acceptance of the conditions described below regarding the processing of their personal data.

Legal basis for processing: The legal basis for processing customers’ personal data is that it is necessary for the execution of a contract in which they are a party.
For the purpose of sending commercial information, the legal basis for processing personal data is the consent provided by checking the appropriate box. This consent can be withdrawn at any time, and in every communication we send, there will be a simple and free option to unsubscribe.
Recipients of data: Identification and billing data may be communicated to the tax authorities for the fulfillment of legal and tax obligations, as well as to the financial institution through which the company manages the payment for its products and services.
Additionally, for certain matters, we use third-party services, acting as data processors, with whom we have signed the relevant data processing agreement in accordance with Article 28.3 of the GDPR.

This company, acting as a data processor, is based outside the European Union and the European Economic Area. Data retention period: We will retain customers’ personal data during the duration of the contractual relationship, and once the relationship ends, for the time necessary to comply with legal obligations.

21. Applicable Legislation

22. Jurisdiction
In accordance with the applicable legislation described in the previous section, for any dispute or conflict between customers of the website www.marfriecoprint.com and Marfri Ecoprint, the parties expressly agree to submit to the Spanish courts, specifically those corresponding to the customer’s domicile.
